Drive on In
The Grace Street Family is currently gathering for worship outdoors at 10:55 a.m. every Sunday morning, through the last Sunday in May. We call these “drive-in” services, because families worship from the privacy and safety of their cars. The worship service is literally outdoors, on a parking lot, and it is so much fun.
Even as people drive-in to worship from their cars these next few weeks, there are some who need to stay home. Because we want everyone to be able to join our worship services, we still will be publishing our services on “Facebook Live.” Hundreds of people each week are tuning in to worship with us, or catching up to the service sometime later in the week. You can join these services by going to the Grace Street Facebook Page (facebook.com/gracestreetfellowship), or by clicking this LINK. You don’t have to be a member of Facebook to connect to these services.
Though our drive-in services are scheduled only for the next three (3) weeks out (through the last Sunday in May), we do not currently have a date scheduled to gather the church back together in the sanctuary. The pastor and the church leadership team continue to pay attention to legal and medical authorities in our community and nation. First and foremost, they are constantly seeking the Lord’s guidance, and staying connected to the congregation. Please know that your voice is important. As do most of us, we intensely desire to be back together again, but we also want to open when it is safe.
In the Mean Time
Please stay connected to the Lord and to your church family in every way possible. We hope you will be able to join us for the “worship from your car” this coming week. You will truly be blessed. Please let the church know of any needs you have, or are aware of in the congregation. We are here to pray and to help.
